RETURNS
MadeFreshClothing.com accepts returns on full priced merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
All shipping charges are non-refundable
MadeFreshClothing.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day return period.

You are able to exchange or receive store credit from within 10 days of purchase.
Ship your return through an insured trackable carrier, as MadeFreshClothing.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Please include a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item you wish to return.
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by MadeFreshClothing.com
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MadeFreshClothing.com)

International Shipping Destinations:

Shipping Options:

Standard Delivery -
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories, usually arrives within 5-8 business days, additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
Express Delivery:
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive with 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Please note:
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling:

Depending on the destination of the shipment, sales tax on shipping & handling may apply.

International Shipping & Handling Rates : All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars

Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipping Options :
International shipping usually arrives within 10-14 business day, but may take up to 16 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Standard delivery is not available for international shipments.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE

To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2-5 business days to process and ship.
MadeFreshClothing.com will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from MadeFreshClothing.com, you are responsible for both the original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged to any order shipped within the United States.

A pre-authorized statement will show up on your account when we process your credit card but we do not officially charge your card until the item has been shipped. The pending charge will go away within 4 to 5 business days.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

To add an item to your cart, simply click the add to cart button next to it. (Items you put in your cart will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your cart, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.
To view what is in your cart at any time, click the "view cart" link in the page header.
To purchase what you've selected, click "checkout". Follow the simple steps to purchase your items.
Once we have confirmed your order, you can checkout using Paypal and a account for you is automatically established for MadeFreshClothing.com.
